Altacia, City of the Dogmen

Currently ruled by King Saloman the Dancer and ably advised by his Vizier Olidox the Shrewd.

Altacia is an anarchic monarchy with the ruler, usually termed a king, chosen by popular acclaim. The ruler must maintain this popular support to retain the throne often leading to governments that rise and fall on spectacle and big ideas.
