    Character Traits - Draconic Heritages


Arcane Student (Draconic, Social)
    Your blood is infused with the magic of your draconic heritage, you have used it to inspire and focus your arcane talent and studies.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to Spellcraft checks.  When you cast a spell with the Draconic or Dragon descriptor, you cast it as if your level was one higher.

Bureaucratic Functionary (Draconic, Social)
    To have been working with the nearly infinite amount of paperwork generated by the Imperial bureaucracy for as long as you can remember.  Because of that, you have become very good at working your way through such red tape.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to Diplomacy and Profession (bureaucrat) checks, and one of these skills (your choice) is always a class skill for you.  Additionally, you can sort through paperwork in nine tenths of the normal time.

Cultured Revolutionary (Draconic, Social)
    While raised within the draconic fold, you have come to see that dragon rule is wrong and must be torn down.  You have honed your skills to use the system against itself.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to Diplomacy and Knowledge (politics) checks, and one of these skills (your choice) is always a class skill for you.  Additionally, you gain a +1 trait bonus to contested rolls and saves to resist revealing information about your rebellious activities.

Draconic Scion (Draconic, Social)
    You have been raised and educated within a Draconic House, enjoying luxury and privilege other can only imagine.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge (dragons), Knowledge (politics) and Knowledge (royalty and nobility), one of which is always a class skill for you.  However, you have trouble relating to anyone outside of the draconic hierarchy, suffering a -2 trait penalty to Diplomacy and Sense Motive checks when dealing with such people.

God Hunter (Draconic, Faith)
    You have been trained in the secret arts of god-slaying passed through the Draconic Houses.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge (religion) checks and it is always a class skill for you.  You gain a +1 trait bonus to saves against divine magic, but you heal 1 less hit point per dice from any divine healing (to a minimum of 1).

Sage in Training (Draconic, Social)
    With access to the best of teachers and libraries holding the wisdom of ages you have become a scholar of many things.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge checks when you have a library to reference.  Additionally, you gain a +1 trait bonus to Diplomacy checks with your fellow scholars.

Warrior of the Talon (Combat, Draconic)
    You were raised to be a warrior of your Draconic House, willing -and expected- to spill blood for your draconic ancestors.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on save again (non-draconic) fear and you gain a +1 trait bonus on all rolls made to confirm critical hits against non-draconic foes.

Character Traits - Others

 

Dragon Killer (Combat, Non-draconic)
    You have learned the secrets needed to fight the dragons on slightly more equal terms.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge (dragons) checks and it is always a class skill for you.  You gain a +2 trait bonus to saves against dragon fear and a +1 trait bonus to confirm critical hits against dragons.

Exiled Nobility (Social)
    Once, your family ruled by right, had power, wealth, status, but that has all been snatched away.  For years, perhaps generations, your family has been plotting their return to power.  Perhaps you will be the one to achieve it.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to Knowledge (local) and Knowledge (politics) checks, and one of these skills (your choice) is always a class skill for you.  Additionally, you gain a +1 trait bonus to Diplomacy checks with those who live in the area your family once ruled.

Slave of the Dragons (Non-draconic, Social)
    You were enslaved to the harshest of all masters, a dragon but you have managed to survive and learned more about your master than they have about you.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge (dragons) checks and it is always a class skill for you.  You gain a +1 trait bonus to saves against dragon fear and to Diplomacy and Sense Motive checks against dragons.

Visse Servitor (Non-draconic, Social)
    You, your family and nearly everyone you know, serves and works for the dragons directly or indirectly.  For you dragons are just another fact of day to day life.
    Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to Diplomacy and Knowledge (dragons) checks, and one of these skills (your choice) is always a class skill for you.  Additional,  you gain a +1 trait bonus to saves against dragon fear.
